from Australia (Zone 8) and New Zealand and the Pacific Islands (Zone 7b) in conjunction with the Rotary District 9940 Conference.

Last Week's Meeting - Friday 28th November 

Title: The new Aotea Fault Line that lies across Wellington Harbour  
Speaker: Dr Phillip Barnes of NIWA

The fault runs roughly 2km long and about 400m out to sea from Aotea wharf, coming ashore at the southern end of Lambton Quay. 

Dr. Barnes reiterated the fact that more research is needed into the exact location that the fault comes onshore and how far it extends. 


The Sergeant's collection was donated to the Salvation Army.

Thursday 18th December Forum & Annual General Meeting

will be a Lunch time meeting at the Bay Plaza Hotel.

We need a full attendance to make some important decisions regarding 2015
 and the future of the Club.

So please come and have your say, and this will be the final meeting of the year.

First meeting for 2015 will be advised by the Chronicle in the New Year.

- we are please to advise that the club is sponsoring Ryan Lake for the upcoming RYLA course held in January.

Project Day is on Sunday 22nd Febuary ,
  we are supporting the Round the Bay run

- Our Big Dig has been scheduled for 8th March 
  or 15th if postponed.
